User getting AAS model access error in PowerBI Service

Question

Hello,

User is unable to load model data in PowerBI Service.
Powerbi is using model built in AAS.

Below is the error

Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

From the error message it's clearly says - The user account is disabled.

To resolve this issue, make sure the user account is enabled to access the Azure Analysis Services model.

At the model database level, all users must belong to a role. Roles define users with particular permissions for the model database. Any user or security group added to a role must have an account in an Azure AD tenant in the same subscription as the server.
