A class representing a collection of ElasticMonitorResource and their operations. Each ElasticMonitorResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a ElasticMonitorCollection instance call the GetElasticMonitors method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
