A class representing a collection of NetworkCloudClusterResource and their operations. Each NetworkCloudClusterResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a NetworkCloudClusterCollection instance call the GetNetworkCloudClusters method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
