This parameter is ignored.
The value of the current instance, converted to a Int64.
The resulting integer value is less than Int64.MinValue or greater than Int64.MaxValue.
This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the Decimal instance is cast to an IConvertible interface. The recommended alternative is to call either the Decimal.ToInt64 method or the Convert.ToInt64 method.
