Use the GripMargin property to get or set the space around the ToolStrip move handle. Because System.Windows.Forms.Padding can take individual values for Top, Bottom, Left, and Right, you can adjust the space around the move handle as preferred. The margin can even be off the edge of the ToolStrip.
