Can you create a SQL Server table from Visio ERD

If I create an ERD in Visio, can I then import that into SQL Server creating the schema and relationships for the tables in the diagram?

Yes, had read that. Explains how to make an ERD in Visio from and existing SQL Server database. I'm interested in going the OTHER way. I want to create an ERD in Visio from scratch and then turn that into an actual database in SQL Server. Is this something Visio (as far as version, I didn't purchase yet, but it would be whatever the latest release of Visio Professional is) is capable of? Or should I search for a different kind of product?

Thought I left a comment but it looks like it disappeared. Yes, I had read that article which explains how to create an ERD from an existing DB. I am interested in going the other way. I would like to create an ERD from scratch and use that model to build an actual DB in SQL Server. Is this something Visio can do or am I looking for a different kind of product?
