Unable to install any extension (ERROR while installing extention)

    at Object.factory (vscode-file://vscode-app/c:/Users/LENOVO/AppData/Local/Programs/Microsoft%20VS%20Code/resources/app/out/vs/code/electron-browser/sharedProcess/sharedProcessMain.js:87:91783)

After Multiple Attempts and Uninstalling VS CODE, THE problem persists.

same error after installing VSIX of any said extention.
