I have found the error: The 'typeface' attribute was missing in an <a:ea> element.
So the question remains, couldn't the validator be extended to detect, that a required attribute is missing?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When I open the pptx file, then PowerPoint reports "PowerPoint found a problem with content in ...". I have checked the file with the OOXML validator extension for VS Code and with the 'Open XML SDK 2.5 Productivity Tool'. They do not report any error.
PowerPoint can repair the file, but the colors are wrong. The problem is likely in the theme1.xml.
Any tips how to find the cause?

Hi,
What version of file format did you use?
Can you open the PowerPoint file in safe mode? Try this method to open the PowerPoint in safe mode:
Press Win + R, type "powerpoint /safe" in the blank box, press Enter to open a blank safe mode PowerPoint file. Click on File menu and then select Open. Navigate the file and check if it opens in the Safe Mode
