In my office, we've got all of our contacts loaded into outlook. Works well when you want to find someone for making phone calls on the cordless.

Our phone system is actually a VOIP system, and I'm currently using some software called Jitisi, when I make calls using the PC. Sadly this doesn't communicate with outlook.

Is there a way to connect my outlook to the a voip login? So far it seems to be pointing me to buy a USB Fax modem so I can make phone calls.

Is there a driver to take care of this issue? Or is this all geared towards signing up for Teams phone service?

    Hello @Matthew B !

In general Teams Calling offers greater control and Integration as well, with a lot of cool features like Voice Attendant , Reporting and so on!

On a single use point of view you want either a paid version of a SIP Client that offers Outlook Integration or

    Try this : https://docs.skyswitch.com/en/articles/662-how-to-use-siptapi

Looks promising and it will allow you to use the same Dialer but redirect the call to your VoIP PBX!

Just enter the SIP Registration credentials into the Driver as shown!

    I hope this helps!
