This issue has been resolved. I exited Skype, manually deleted the configuration file, and logged in again. There are no abnormal conversation emails in the Outlook drafts folder anymore.
How to solve the issue of Skype for Business conversation emails automatically appearing in the Outlook Drafts folder
My Outlook Drafts folder keeps automatically populating with a Skype for Business conversation. Even after emptying the Drafts folder, the conversation reappears. I’ve restarted the system but it didn’t solve the issue. Do you have any solutions?
