Where do I get my buttons and solution window for my visual studio professional 2022?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Could you be more specific, what buttons do you mean? Is the solution window you mean the Solution Explorer?
If you mean opening the Solution Explorer, then Resetting Visual Studio settings(run devenv /ResetSettings in Developer Command Prompt for Visual Studio 2022) should be the fastest way to reset the windows in VS.
Or you can directly open it by clicking View => Solution Explorer/Other Windows => Solution Explorer(BTW you can find and open many other windows by clicking View menu).
About buttons, since Visual Studio has many different buttons, I’m not sure which one you want. Maybe the buttons in Standard bar?
