Form design window not properly docking in main window

The form design window does not dock properly in the main window. It holds the wrong place on the form with the mouse. I cannot hold the form elements with the mouse. font sizes are incorrect. Image attached for reference: VS Form Window

    Hello @Cavit Dıraman,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Please try to click File > Close Solution > select and open this project again, see if the issue fixes.

    Looks like the layout is not correctly loaded, is this issue reproducible on another newly created WinForm project?

    If you are using any extension, please try to disable them temporarily, and check again.

    Please also try to reset VS settings by closing VS, searching Developer Command Prompt for Visual Studio 2022 in Windows Search box, opening it and running devenv /ResetSettings command.
