Hi There,

I have a compliance problem with the below two devices:

1

The users used to enroll devices have Microsoft 365 E3 licenses (AD, Intune, etc... everything under Microsoft 365 E3)

I have two Dynamic groups:

  • a group for fully managed (Dynamic membership) and it shows the 1st device.
  • a group for dedicated devices (Dynamic membership) and it shows the 2nd device.

My Compliance Policy is configured like this:

2

It is assigned to both groups, it's been like this for the last 15 days, and the devices still showing Not evaluated.

If I check the device compliance I only can see the default one:

3

How can this solved?

Thank you

@JMN-2253, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, the device still show not evaluated after being enrolled 15 days later. The possible reasons for this as below:

    • Devices that aren't assigned a compliance policy and don't have a trigger to check for compliance.
    • Devices that haven't checked in since the compliance policy was last updated.
    • Devices not associated to a specific user, such as: Android kiosk or Android Enterprise dedicated devices.

Firstly, please check the members of the two dynamic groups to confirm if the devices are already the members.

Secondly, please check the last check in time to see if it has checked in during the latest time.

    User's image

In addition, for Android dedicated device, as it has no user associated. it will get this status. We can check on the Android enterprise Fully managed devices.

Hope the above information can help.
