Unsanction of Cloudapps is only blocking on Edge browser but can access on chrome and firefox.How can i effect unsanctioning across all browsers?

Kindly look at this documentation on blocking unsanctioned apps https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-cloud-apps/governance-discovery.Unsanctioning an app doesn’t block its use but allows you to monitor it more easily using Cloud Discovery filters. Follow the guidelines provided in the doc above to block unsanctioned Cloudapps.
I would also maybe check to see if the Conditional Access Policies are correctly configured for all browsers.
