Share mailbox not same as desktop version, why?

Hi,

would like to use internet version for my emails but the shared mailbox favorites doesn't act like the desktop version.

Desktop version: instant notifications

Web version: just takes forever, the main inbox mailbox is ok, but takes forever to see it in the favorite section.

Why is that? Made some research, looks like that problem is at least 4 years old.

Can you do something about this? Ignore the tags, was force to choose 5 and couldnt find a proper one..
