Where to check certificate in profile

Question

Hi, I enrolled for Microsoft certification exam for AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals on ‎Saturday, January 20. I was not allowed for the exam since I did not have a valid ID for the exam at that time and was not given the chance to attempt the exam, I do not have any certificate under my profile, please help on how I can reattempt my exam, where can I find my certification (if applicable) from? or how to proceed in this case?
