Outlook Data File Corruption

I have very similar situation from the user who started this thread https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1655545/outlook-data-file-corruption and followed all the steps provided but still not working.

    What is your account type? (POP/IMAP/Exchange）

    Can you click "Create New Data File" to create a new PST file?

    If that doesn't work, try to manually create a new PST file and replace the corrupted or damaged PST file to fix Outlook data file corruption issue. The steps are as follows:

    Open Control Panel. >>Search and click on Mail. >>Click Data Files.>>Create a new profile.
