    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038 ,

Based on the error message, it seems that you’re experiencing an issue with Outlook Data File Corruption. This usually happens when there are problems detected with one of the Outlook Data Files currently in use. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Repair the .pst file: You can use the Inbox Repair tool (SCANPST.EXE) to diagnose and repair errors in your Outlook data file, and remember to back up your existing Outlook data file before you start the Inbox Repair tool.
    2. If you’re using an Exchange email account, you can delete the offline Outlook Data File (.ost) and Outlook will recreate the offline Outlook Data File (.ost) the next time you open Outlook. Click on start menu then type Run, then on the Run box type in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook then press enter, then you can then delete it from there.
    3. Create a new profile: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles, add a new profile and re-connect your account and see if it works.
