Unable to uninstall sysmon 15.5

System: Windows Server 2016

Sysmon 15.5

I have tried multiple suggestions from other threads. Nothing worked. I still can't uninstall it. I still get the access denied error.

The service can't even be started either > access denied.

Yes I am using elevated privs with an admin account.

Has anyone found a solution for this?
