I have tried every possible thing and suggestion to get codes to work on the authenticator app. nothing has worked at all. I have been unable to access my work account because of this. Please help

I wish I could handle your problem, however the issues with Microsoft Authenticator are beyond the scope of support for this forum., it is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn, more users post these issues there, you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.

If your work account is in a domain environment, you can also directly contact the domain administrator to assist you in resetting the relevant verification method.
