Hello

I applied Azure identity protection on one group.

there are one user blocked to access the portal as the below ,i come to know the user in business trip and he want to access his email.

how can i allow his account without removing him from identity protection policy?

    Hi @yasser Mohamed AbdelMoneim , you can add the user as a guest. You can also dismiss or exclude the user from your policy. if this doesn't work please let me know and I can set you up with a support ticket.
