What version of Outlook are you using? (Classic Outlook, New Outlook or Outlook Web)
If you are using Outlook desktop, can you please double check if you can send and receive mails on Outlook Web?
If Outlook Web works normally, that means the issue might be in your Outlook desktop.Please try some of these common troubleshoot solution:
- Sign out and sign in again.
- Fix your Outlook email connection by repairing your profile (Outlook Classic)
- Clear Outlook roam cache: Windows + R then type in
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook
Select Roam cache folder and delete all files in it.
