Phishing Test

My company, CyberTrust Alliance, provides compliance/risk assessments and as part of that we perform "phishing" tests by sending a fake phishing email out to our clients. This allows us to help them learn who is diligent and who is not about avoid clicking phishing emails. We recently attempted to run our "phishing" test on a client that uses MS365/Outlook and was blocked by Microsoft. How do we get ourselves unblocked?

Is there someone we can speak to within Microsoft that will help us resolve our issue?

Best,

Andy

    Hello Andy Hart1,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

To run a phishing test in a Microsoft 365 environment it is advised to follow the steps in this article Simulate a phishing attack with Attack simulation training - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn. To resolve the issue you are facing I advise opening a service request in the Microsoft 365 admin center which will help you to unblock your system Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. If you do not have a Microsoft 365 subscription of your own you can ask one of your clients to open it for you. You can also try calling the business phone numbers here Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn, Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.

We are looking forward to your reply.I appreciate your cooperation.

    Best regards,
