Hello,

I completed the GitHub Copilot certification and received the official completion email from Microsoft confirming that I have earned the certification.

However, even after more than 4 weeks, the certification is not appearing on my Microsoft Learn profile under Credentials or Transcript.

What I have already checked:

  • I am signed in to Microsoft Learn using the same Microsoft account/email that was used to take the certification.
  • I have checked both Credentials and Transcript sections.
  • I tried different browsers and cleared cache.
  • I waited well beyond the usual sync period (over 4 weeks).

Proof:

I received the email titled “Congratulations on earning your GitHub Copilot certification” from microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com on Nov 27, 2025, confirming the certification was completed successfully.

Certification details:

  • Certification name: GitHub Copilot
  • Exam code (if applicable): GH-300
  • Completion date: Nov 27, 2025
  • Email used for exam and Learn profile: (same email)

Despite all this, the certification is still missing from my Microsoft Learn profile.

Question:

Could someone please guide on how to manually sync or associate the GitHub Copilot certification with my Microsoft Learn profile, or advise what additional steps are required?

Any help from Microsoft moderators or community members would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
