    Hi @Tim Clemen,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I would like to share the following information with you:

This issue may occur when there is a difference in screen resolution between the person who is sharing the screen and the viewer.

First, please adjust your screen Scale setting to 100%:

    • Right-click on an empty area of the Desktop > select Display settings
    • Under Scale and layout, set the value to 100%

In addition, if you are sharing your screen at a resolution higher than Full HD, I recommend that both you and the viewer adjust the screen resolution to an appropriate level, then check again to see whether the issue still occurs.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
