This is almost certainly not caused by Minecraft itself or RAM usage.
Based on your timeline, the issue started right after you used Disk Cleanup and removed the DirectX shader cache. That forces all games to rebuild shaders from scratch, which commonly causes micro‑stutters and frame‑time spikes until the cache is rebuilt.
What you should do next:
- Stop cleaning anything (no Disk Cleanup, no RamMap).
- Pick 1-2 games and play them for a while (20-30 mins each) to let shaders rebuild.
- Set NVIDIA Control Panel → Shader Cache Size = Driver Default or Unlimited.
- Disable Xbox Game Bar / background capture.
- Give it a few sessions, stutter should gradually reduce.
Important:
- This does not require Windows reinstall.
- Nothing you did permanently damaged the system.
Hope this helps. Feel free to update here if anything comes up!
