- Are you seeing the "Something went wrong" error message right signing in, or does it appear after you've signed in and try to open your mailbox?
- Are you able to access this account from any other device or app (for example, Outlook mobile app or Outlook desktop), or does the error happen everywhere?
In the meantime, please try the following:
1, Try accessing your account from the main account page first
- Sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com
- Then open Outlook from there
2, Test on a different network
- Try signing in using a different connection (for example, a different Wi‑Fi or mobile hotspot)
This confirms whether the issue is related to your current connection
3, Test with another account
In the same browser, try signing in with a different Microsoft/ Outlook account (if available)
