    Hi Emerging Athletes Assistance Organisation

I understand how frustrating this is, especially since the error is still happening even after trying different browsers and restarting your computer.

Have you tried the Q&A Assist suggestions under your post?

To help me guide you more precisely, could you please also clarify:

    • Are you seeing the "Something went wrong" error message right signing in, or does it appear after you've signed in and try to open your mailbox?
    • Are you able to access this account from any other device or app (for example, Outlook mobile app or Outlook desktop), or does the error happen everywhere?

In the meantime, please try the following:

1, Try accessing your account from the main account page first

2, Test on a different network

    • Try signing in using a different connection (for example, a different Wi‑Fi or mobile hotspot)

This confirms whether the issue is related to your current connection

    3, Test with another account

In the same browser, try signing in with a different Microsoft/ Outlook account (if available)

Please feel free to keep me informed of any updates. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Based on similar “Something went wrong” Outlook/Outlook on the web issues, try the following steps in order:

    1. Sign out everywhere
    • Sign out of Outlook on the web and all other Microsoft 365 sessions.
    • Close all browser windows.
    1. Clear browser data and test again
    • Clear cache and cookies (including for Outlook/Office/Microsoft sites).
    • Open a new InPrivate/Incognito window and sign in again to Outlook on the web.
    • If it works in InPrivate but not normal mode, disable browser extensions (ad blockers, VPN, privacy tools) and try again.
    1. Check if the mailbox is disabled (needs tenant admin) If using a work/school account in Exchange Online, a “Something went wrong” page in Outlook on the web can indicate the mailbox is disabled even though sign-in still works.
    • Ask the Microsoft 365 tenant administrator to:
      • Check whether the mailbox is disabled in Exchange Online.
      • If AccountDisabled : True, re-enable the mailbox.
      • After re-enabling, try signing in to Outlook on the web again.
    1. If still failing only for this account
    • If other accounts work but this one does not, and the mailbox is confirmed enabled, the issue may be tenant-side and require Microsoft support to investigate and fix on the service side.
    • Provide support with the exact time, browser, and correlation/error IDs shown on the “Something went wrong” page.

While waiting for admin or support, continue accessing mail via another working profile/device or client (for example, Outlook desktop or a mobile app) if those still connect successfully.
