I am working for Medycyna Praktyczna which is the only owner of "mp.pl" domain. Medycyna Praktyczna have some subscriptions of Office 365 (actually Microsoft 365) and an admin address is ******@medycyna.onmicrosoft.com and it is controlled by me. The problem is that if someone of our staff try to login to MS Teams free version, he gets a message that "Someone has configured Teams application for Your organisation, ask Your administrator etc.." Anybody of our workers know that administrator. It could be the first person who logged in with the email address ******@mp.pl and it could be a long time ago. We have plenty of email accounts of our costumers created within a domain "mp.pl".
How can I find out who is that mysterious administrator of our Teams and than how to take his role over?

I have used search tool and I find the first doc but it did not help at all How to find tenant?
2nd doc - did I mention azure AD?
I think the point is to communicate me with that admin, I realise that nobody give me his address but ms can give him my address.

This user could be the Team owner if he didn't exit from this team.
And only one or sevral user got the error when trying to sign in? I think you could also check the Teams admin permission on your AAD and also the Global admin permission.
Is the problematic user licensed or not, and is he in your organization? You may re-assign the license to test.
