A class representing a collection of StreamingLocatorResource and their operations. Each StreamingLocatorResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of MediaServicesAccountResource. To get a StreamingLocatorCollection instance call the GetStreamingLocators method from an instance of MediaServicesAccountResource.
