Exceptions
assertionId is null.
Remarks
Pass the AssertionId property of a SamlAssertion to this constructor.
The derivationNonce and derivationLength parameters are ignored when the SamlAssertionKeyIdentifierClause class is serialized into an outgoing SOAP message.
