Gets or sets the digest value of the current Reference.

Property Value
The digest value of the current Reference.
Remarks
The DigestValue property uses an array of bytes to represent the <DigestValue>
element of an XML digital signature.
The DigestValue property contains the Base 64 encoded value of the digest of the object described by the Uri property.
The DigestValue property is automatically populated with the appropriate value whenever you make a call to ComputeSignature.
