BasicHttpContextBinding.CreateBindingElements Method

Creates an ordered collection of binding elements that are contained in the current binding.

The collection contains the ContextBindingElement that enables SOAP headers to be used to exchange context when HTTP cookies are not enabled; otherwise use HTTP cookies to exchange context.
