Creates an insert item in the ListView control.

Remarks
The CreateInsertItem method is a helper method that is called by the ListView control to create an insert item. An insert item is a ListViewItem object whose ItemType is equal to ListViewItemType.InsertItem.
Note
This method is primarily used by control developers to extend the ListView control.
