Create an email template

You can create custom templates to match your organization's communication needs and visual identity.

You can save any existing email as a template by opening the email, clicking the drop-down arrow next to Save, and then selecting Save as template from the command bar. A flyout window will appear with key information that has been prepopulated for you such as Subject and Legal Designation. Add a template Name and then select Save & Close.

To view, edit, delete, or create a new marketing email template, go to Outbound marketing > Marketing templates > Email templates.

You might want to consider adding metadata tags to help users locate this template in the template gallery. These tags could include purpose, market type, optimized for, and visual style. To add metadata tags, go to Outbound marketing > Marketing templates > Email templates, select the appropriate email, and then fill out the metadata fields as needed.

After all changes have been made, select Save & Close.
