I'm trying to send outbound emails in SSRS but I am getting the following error:
"4.4.62 Mail sent to the wrong Office 365 region. ATTR35. For more information please go to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink"
I have contacted O365 support but they have not come up with any solutions.
No settings have been change and it only seems to be happening on the SSRS subscription emails going outbound.

Please check your firewall regarding inbound and outbound rules using 25/TCP.
