No Permission when access Verifiable Credentials from Microsft Hardware Partner Center

I tried to register in the Microsoft Hardware Partner Center, MS required me to verify my identity.
When I clicked the "Fix Now" button, MS took me to the Verify your credentials page, but it immediately showed that I didn't have permission to access this page.
Could anyone provide any insights? My account is a global administrator role in the Microsoft 365 account, and in theory I should have access to all resources within the organization account.

For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.

I can't believe a multi billion dollar company has these kind of issues. It is very hard to believe and disappointing at the same time.

2024-09-17T14:59:03.91+00:00 I got the fix way. when you click fix it, and login by your company email, it is not onmicrosoft.com account. every time must use company email for login. that is way.

Microsoft Support say:
The verifiable credentials invitation is user specific and generally created for the Primary Contact assigned in your Microsoft Partner Center profile.
• If this is you, sign into your device as this contact prior to clicking the link.
• Alternatively, add the contact account to your browser and sign into that account prior to clicking the link.

I get a weekly email from a support employee saying that they are working on it, but I haven't heard from them for 2 weeks now. Microsoft doesn't seem to care about their customers.
