last week I approved this patch and installed it on some 2019 servers, today I tried to install it on others and it is not possible, also in the wsus console now no server appears in "count needed".
Has Microsoft remove this patch ?

That update has been removed. Windows servers attempting to install the May 2024 Windows security update (KB5037765), released May 14, 2024, might face issues during the installation process. The installation might fail with an error code 0x800f0982. Microsoft has issued an out-of-band patch for Sever 2019:
Use Import-WsusUpdate to import this easily into WSUS.

I've noticed this new patch installed on a system that got the original patch (KB5037765) before Microsoft pulled it. This system now shows both patches in the update history.
So, Microsoft decides to remove a patch and does not publish it anywhere.
And you have to guess what happened to that patch.
They talk about problems with the update, but they don't even mention that it has been withdrawn.

I do find the MS approach to the May 2024 server 2019 unacceptable. I've wasted several hours on calls trying to troubleshoot a problem that couldn't be solved as the broken patch detection was deliberate.
Same issue here. We installed this update on several servers last week. Now it's not available, either from Microsoft directly or via WSUS. In WSUS it shows as not needed for servers that have not yet received it.

Opened a ticket earlier for this and Microsoft rep said they pulled this update. He didn't know why there is no mention of it being pulled in any of the corresponding documentation.

I have a similar issue with this update, I am installing all the updates via Azure update management, and it doesn't work. On the Operating System it shows OS is up to date but it doesnt have May 2024 Cumulative update installed
