From your description and the tags you added, did you enroll the device as Microsoft Entra hybrid joined devices via autopilot enrollment? If yes, please check in Intune portal > Devices > Windows > Windows enrollment > Intune Connector for Active Directory to see if the Intune Connector is there and active.

Yes, I was doing Microsoft Entra Hybrid Joined. And I can confirm that the intune connector is active and it is domain server. So please let me know what I can do?

Please make sure that your firewall isn’t blocking any traffic. And it is suggested to check if the right on the on-premise organization unit is granted:

I have checked the firewall and there are no rules blocking, and I have checked the on-premises organization unit, and it is granted. But still, I am not sure where is the problem.

@Kanwardeep Singh Thanks for the reply. It seems needed to check some logs on your device to find the root cause. With Q&A limitation, Q&A is not a good channel for such log analysis issue. I already have a ticket with Intune but they said check if the Entra join is working and It is working so they said it might be the issue on the on-premises domain server and that is different support so not sure should I submit the ticket again as you suggested or not.
