I need to convert vbs to vbe application. Can i get some tool to do that without have to worry about licensing or paying the cost

@Kavya Ramaya, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For your question, we are not familiar with. But with researching, I find one mentioned to use windows built-in tool to do that. C:\Windows\System32\iexpress.exe. You can try.

For the app "screnc.exe", I don't find in our official article or Microsoft store. You can google to see if you can find a free one.
