This was asked months ago but I'd not located the thread.
When a post is made into a MicrosoftQ&A thread it often does not appear after clicking Post your question.
Refreshing the page does not make the post appear.
Making a second post with ............... almost always makes the prior post appear.
We were wondering whether it was a computer problem and there was a trace or link that was suggested.
Where is the thread or the link with this trace?
Today and last week I used another computer in another location.
The same thing happened.
One or more of these was/were the latest thread(s) with the problem:
Typing the ............... somehow made the prior post immediately appear.
The second post with ............... has not yet appeared.
With the latest platform updates the post with ............... typically triggers the spam filter and a post appears but that has not appeared yet.
The problem is happing with more than one computer and the second computer uses a different internet provider.
So this is a Microsoft website problem or a problem with my MicrosoftQ&A account but if needed the trace can be performed from this second computer.
Please provide detailed instructions for the trace or data collection.
Thx.
