Adding Power Automate Premium to Sharepoint Online Plan 1

I am creating a test Sharepoint environment using Sharepoint Online Plan 1, and would like to know if I can purchase Power Automate Premium as an add-on to this plan. Additionally, I am wondering if I will receive the Power Automate Free version with the purchase of Sharepoint Online Plan 1. Lastly, can I purchase Power Automate Premium as an add-on to Business Basic?

    According to the official documentation provided by Microsoft, Power Automate Premium can be purchased as an add-on for SharePoint Online Plan 1.

    First, SharePoint Online PLan 1 does not have a free version of Power Automate, it is only for SharePoint does not include Power Automate.

    Second, yes, all 5 assigned users will be able to use all features of Power Automate Premium and SharePoint Online Plan 1.
