While you're waiting I would recommend using InPrivate browsing or another device and see if the problem replicates. You might need to contact your Azure DevOps admin (if any) and/or network team as MFA is not specifically tied to Azure DevOps AFAIK but rather your domain policies that require MFA to log into the domain.
