How to open a ticket with the services hub team?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to perform assessment in my organization's AD environment using the Microsoft's On-Demand Assessment. Although I have the required Pay-as-you-go subscription for Azure in place, I am not able to reach out to them for getting myself registered. Nor Am I able to open tickets in the services hub portal because I am not registered.

I am aware that I would need a CSAM to do that for me, but I am not aware about any CSAM in our end for my organization.

Is there a way to get access to the On-Demand Assessment or even open a support request with them?

Thanks

    Hello Garima,

I hope you are doing well today.

Yes, you can definitely access On-Demand Assessments and open a support request for them. Here’s how you can do it:

    Accessing On-Demand Assessments:

    • Services Hub: Log into the Services Hub and navigate to the Health tab. Under Assessments, you can view and start available On-Demand Assessments1. Getting Started:
      - **Setup**: Follow the [Getting Started Guide](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/health/getting-started-with-on-demand-assessments) to configure your environment. [This involves linking your Azure subscription and Log Analytics workspace to the Services Hub](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/health/getting-started-with-on-demand-assessments)[2](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/health/getting-started-with-on-demand-assessments).

         - **[Running Assessments](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/getting-started/on-demand-assessments-faqs)**[: Once set up, you can run assessments to get a prioritized list of recommendations tailored to your environment](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/getting-started/on-demand-assessments-faqs)[1](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/unified/getting-started/on-demand-assessments-faqs).

    1. Opening a Support Request: I hope this helps.
