If yes, that means the device can't receive the Autopilot profile. On Intune portal side, you can check if the device is already Autopilot registered.
And if the device is with Autopilot profile assigned under the Autopilot profile.
Meanwhile, please ensure internet connection is working well on the device and the network requirement are met.

However, if all of the above are all met, but still can't get the company login screen. You can open case to collect logs to do further investigation.
