I worked in IT for a company. The Intune team and the Network team for the company told me that I can connect a device that has been reimaged with Win 11 image to the LAN Autopilot or the Wi-Fi Autopilot to get to the company Login screen. I can connect to all of this connection and get the proper Ip address. But the device might bring up the company login screen when connected to the LAN Autopilot and not bring up the company login screen when connected to the Wi-Fi Autopilot. Both network team and Intune couldn't figure out what's the issue coming from.
Or sometime when the device is connected to the Wi-Fi Autopilot, it will bring up the company login screen and won't bring up the company login screen when connected to the LAN Autopilot
I need help.

@Frankiny ADECHINA, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the company login screen, did you mean the one like below
If yes, that means the device can't receive the Autopilot profile. On Intune portal side, you can check if the device is already Autopilot registered.
And if the device is with Autopilot profile assigned under the Autopilot profile.
Meanwhile, please ensure internet connection is working well on the device and the network requirement are met.

However, if all of the above are all met, but still can't get the company login screen. You can open case to collect logs to do further investigation.

Thank you very for your answer.That’s exactly the company login screen looks like. And yes, the device in enroll in Intune and properly connect to internet.
The device can connect to LAN Autopilot correctly and bring up the Company login and when it’s connected to the SSID Wi-Fi Autopilot it won’t bring up the Company login screen or vice versa.
Do you think this issue is related to the LAN Autopilot and to the Wi-Fi Autopilot or to the Intune deployment configuration. Thank you.
This issue is intermittent. The device can be connected to the LAN Autopilot and bring up the company login someday, and other day won’t, and it would be the Wi-Fi Autopilot.
Do you think this issue is related to the LAN and to the Wi-Fi Autopilot or to the Intune deployment configuration? It seems like the teams on both side in my company can’t really figure it out. I am just a simple Help Desk, I wish I have more access in Intune to check some settings. The weird thing is some of my colleague in other location in the company don’t have this issue.Thank you.

If the same device can work sometime but not working other time, it seems the issue is with the network.
But if it is with different devices, it's hard to say. Just as I know, the Autopilot apply to assigned device will take some time. If we start the device before the Autopilot profile applied, it will affect. These are some thoughts from my side.
Yes, the device is connected via LAN or Wi-Fi. It's not just one device, it happened on every device I reimaged. I have to keep switching between LAN and Wi-Fi until I get to the company login screen for the user to login for the first time. For example, I generated a new hash, deleted the device from Intune and wait 30mn, import the new hash ID in Intune and wait another 30mn, then reinstall Windows 11, but when it's connected to the LAN I can get to the company login screen, but on Wi-Fi I can't get to the company login screen.
The weird thing is that the device is properly connecting to the LAN and Wi-Fi and giving a correct address for both connections
@Frankiny ADECHINA. Thanks for the reply. From your description, I notice sometimes the same device is working when connecting via LAN but not working via WiFi. It seems the issue can be on network side. You can ask your network team to capture some network trace to see if any network package dropped or anything blocked by firewall during that time.
In addition, we can also consider changing other image to see if there's any issue with this image we use.
