Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Outlook error 0x800ccc0e means it can’t reach your email server. This is often caused by wrong email settings, internet problems, or security software blocking the connection. Here’s how you can try to solve it:
1. Check Your Internet
According to what you described that it only appears to happen at your main/home office location, so please try a different Wi-Fi network or use a mobile hotspot or network like a mobile hotspot to see if Outlook works. If both devices use the same internet provider but Outlook works on a different network or Outlook works on another device or with a different internet, you should ask the internet provider if they’re blocking email ports used by Outlook.
2. Review Email Settings
-Make sure your Gmail and Comcast accounts have the correct SMTP/IMAP settings, including ports and encryption (SSL/TLS).
-Try accessing your Comcast.net and Gmail accounts through webmail to check if Outlook works. Also, review and check if other ports besides 25, 465, or 587 can be used for sending emails.
3. Create a new outlook profile
You can create a new profile by following the instructions in the link below:

If the issue persists or you get stuck at any step, please share the screenshot of the bounce-back message (NDR) which contains full error code. It will help me better understand the problem and assist you more effectively.
I am looking forward to your response.
