Hello
Please can you assist, I am having an issue connecting to the Azure VM using remote desktop from all my client machines. I keep getting an error, "an internal error has occurred".
I tried the solutions on the link below. It has allowed for some connection, but most of the time I get the error.
I also tied running the RDPSetting Run Command and that fails as well.
I also redeployed the VM, but nothing.

Hello @Zakaria Khan ,
Thanks for your query.
1.Did you open Port 3389 in NSG on Azure VM?
Cannot connect remotely to a VM because RDP port is not enabled in NSG

2.Please also check if the following post helps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/360403/rdp-stopped-after-update-must-reboot-server-repeat.html?childToView=362272
The solution is to change the IP address of RDP server, and of course the client you are using.
