Is DevOps Basic+Test Plan free for Github Enterprise users?

The following Microsoft support page states that Basic+Test Plan is free for GitHub Enterprise users https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/organizations/billing/buy-basic-access-add-users?view=azure-devops but I don't see any mention of this on the DevOps pricing page. How do I know if this is still the case?

I've checked the Organization Users and the Basic+Test Plan was not automatically applied. I had to start a Basic+Test Plan 30-day trial to make it available as an option to assign. I assigned it to the users. There is no indication in DevOps as to whether a user is a GitHub Enterprise user that I can find.

Azure DevOps does not natively display or indicate whether a user is a GitHub Enterprise user in its user management UI or license assignment screens. Even with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise integration such as SSO via Entra ID there is currently no visible flag or indicator in the DevOps portal that directly identifies GitHub Enterprise users (Combined use of GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps - GitHub Docs)

License Assignment Process

For the Basic+Test Plan, it is normal that the plan is not automatically assigned to users after organization creation

Admins need to start a trial or purchase the plan, then manually assign it to users in DevOps.

For organizations linked to GitHub Enterprise Cloud with Entra ID SSO, users can access Azure DevOps without additional per-user costs
