Based on the information you described, I understand that you are facing two main issues: first, searching for appointments created via the Bookings app in your Outlook calendar yields incomplete results; and second, bookings made by 'clients' are missing from the Bookings app entirely and cannot be found via search.
However, could you please provide a few more details to help me narrow down the cause?
- Have you tried performing the search on Outlook on the Web (OWA)?
- Sometimes the free/busy status synchronization between Bookings and Outlook requires specific configurations. Please check if the specific Staff member has the option "Events on Office calendar affect availability" enabled in their Staff settings.
- For the bookings that are "no longer appearing," are they missing from the specific Service calendar view, or are they also missing from the "Customers" tab in the Bookings app?
