    Hi @Therence Valdez

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot. The error you are encountering occurs because Excel has detected an existing PivotTable (“PivotTable5”) on the Charts worksheet. Even if it is not visible, Excel prevents another PivotTable from being created or moved into an overlapping area.

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

    1. Open the Charts worksheet.
    2. Select the entire sheet by pressing Ctrl + A twice.
    3. Right-click any column header and select Unhide, then do the same for row headers.
    4. With the entire sheet still selected, temporarily increase all column widths and row heights to reveal any PivotTable that may be positioned outside the visible area.
    5. Click anywhere on the sheet and check the ribbon:
      • If the PivotTable Analyze tab appears, Excel has detected a remaining PivotTable. Use the Name Box (to the left of the formula bar) to locate it.
      1. If the PivotTable is found and not required, click inside it and go to PivotTable Analyze > Clear > Clear All to fully remove it.

If you are unable to locate PivotTable5 or the error persists, the most reliable resolution is to:

    • Copy any required content from the Charts worksheet
    • Insert a new worksheet
    • Recreate the PivotTable in the new worksheet
    • Delete the original Charts worksheet entirely

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
