Hello Microsoft/Xbox Support,

I am trying to redeem the included 3-month PC Game Pass offer that is commonly bundled with eligible ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 laptop.

My laptop is an ASUS Vivobook Pro 15. However, the PC Game Pass offer does not appear in:

  • Microsoft Store → Library → “Included with device”

The Xbox app

I have already:

Updated Windows and Microsoft Store

Installed and updated the Xbox app

Signed into my Microsoft account

Cleared the Microsoft Store cache using WSReset

Could you please check whether:

My device is eligible for the promotion

My Microsoft account region affects eligibility

The entitlement can be manually restored or activated

I can provide my device serial number, model/SKU, proof of purchase, and screenshots if needed.

Thank you.Hello Microsoft/Xbox Support,

The issue requires direct review of eligibility, account, and device details, which can only be done by official support. For Game Pass entitlement and promotional bundle problems (such as missing 3‑month PC Game Pass on an eligible ASUS device), the appropriate path is to contact Xbox support so they can:

    • Verify whether the specific device/SKU is part of the promotion
    • Check if the Microsoft account region or prior Game Pass usage affects eligibility
    • Manually grant or restore the entitlement if applicable

Use Xbox support and choose the contact path for subscription or code/redeem issues so that serial number, proof of purchase, and screenshots can be reviewed:
